We hope you’re delighted with your Style Box. However, if you decide you’d like to make a change, we’re happy to offer an exchange. You won’t incur any charges for returned items.
Returns Information
Simply return any unwanted items within 7 days of receiving your order, and you won’t be charged for returns made within this period.
We offer a free returns service. Click here to start your return.
- The goods need to be in unused condition with the tags attached.
- Please enclose the invoice which has your order number on it.
It may take up to 7 business days for us to receive your parcel. Please use the link below to create your free DPD label.
Depending on your request, we will either exchange your item or process a return. At Style Box, you only pay for the items you decide to keep.
Refunds
We hope that you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you change your mind about something we are happy to offer a full refund for 14 days from receipt of your parcel and up to 28 days from original purchase date. The goods need to be in an unused condition with the tags attached and accompanied by a receipt.
Please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund from the date we receive your return
